The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
Well, I have to admit I didn't actually bake them so left the baking soda out. But, these are remarkably yummy cookies - I eat sugar cookies raw. (1:20,000 eggs have salmonella, by the way) I made a 1/2 batch with a hand mixer and it took 5 minutes. I'll be making this again and again. Enjoy!
