Italian Breaded Pork Chops

I'm vegetarian (at my digestive systems behest) and was able to make this delicious dish for my husband and let's just say he was thoroughly impressed.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Delicious and not all that sweet which is a plus. Found inverting the slightly cooled cookies and swirling the tops in warm icing worked better than drizzling but just a personal preference to reduce the mess.
