Grandma's Chicken Chardon

I rated a 5 because my chicken came out perfect and moist which has been hard for me to do in the oven. I didn't have mushrooms, so I sub sliced squash and zucchini which worked well. Also doubled the sauce. You can tweek this recipe into more if you wanted which I think is great in a recipe.

Mock Lobster

Made recipe exactly as called for. It tasted to me like a version of teriyaki chicken. No lobster texture and I did not expect it to taste similar to lobster as I read reviews before trying this recipe. The chicken was moist and tender and did have a decent flavor. As another reviewer said it just depends on the person's taste I guess. I would encourage someone else to try this though as they may love it.

Dirty Diapers

Made these for my son's birthday party and everyone really seemed to enjoy them! Only thing I did diff was add some monterey jack with my cheddar. I also didn't have slice pickles, so I used dill pickle relish on some. Served w/ ketchup and mustard. I can see where you can change up the cheeses and also add other ingredients to suit your own taste. I also seasoned my hamb meat-

Oven Barbecued Chicken

great recipe! Only thing I changed was cooking in crock pot instead of oven....and I also sort of marinated mine in liquid smoke and hawaiian sea salt about an hour before I put in crock pot. Chicken was very tender and had great taste. Would have worked well w/o my marinating though.

World's Best Lasagna

wonderful recipe! I had to quickly put this together one morning before church....omitted the salt, fennel seeds. Everyone loved it! The family said it tasted more authentic than most lasagnas. I think I added a little too much Parmesean, but we loved it! Can't wait to simmer the sauce for longer to get the flavors out better.

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

LOVE this recipe. I like to beat the chicken breasts down into thinner pieces and soak in buttermilk for a couple of hours. Makes great chicken fried chicken!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I've never posted a review on anything here so far. But I've made this pie several times and everyone loves it! I always click on the recipes with the highest ratings and read the review to see if I want to try it. I added cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to this. I've brushed top with some of the sauce and just did an egg wash. Both worked wonderful. I use Ruth's Grandma's Pie Crust recipe from this site. Didn't have problems with runniness either.
