Tender Barbecued Chicken

I would have given this 4 stars if it wasn't for the lemon aftertaste... Good flavor but I had to remove the chicken from the sauce and make another batch of sauce without lemons to be able to eat it, and I could still taste the lemon. I'm usually a big fan of lemons, but not in this case.

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

These muffins are amazing! I make them all the time, they have become my hubby's favorite! I make one little change; since I don't always keep instand coffee on hand, I substituted with 2 tsps. of Baileys, yum. I recommend this recipe it truly is the best banana muffin recipe out there!

Oven Omelet

Sooo good! This recipe reminded me so much of my mom's oven omelet, I served it for dinner and my boyfriend loved it! For added flavor and spice I added one roaster jalopeno pepper, one small cooking onion, (sauted), a hand full off button mushrooms, (sauted), and used seasoned salt instead of regular salt. Will definately make this again! Thanks for posting this recipe!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Loved these! First attempt at homemade wings last week and was a success! Making these again tonight. Followed recipe but baked them at 375 F for 35 mins turning them half way through cooking time and spraying with cooking oil. They came out crispy and delicious. I think the 90 mins dredged in flour in the refrigerator is a key step. My boyfriend likes them a little spicier than I do so we just drizzled as much sauce as we wanted on our individual servings. Mmm!

Daniel's Favorite Cheesecake

YUM! I'm not usually a big fan of cheesecake... my boyfriend wanted cherry cheesecake for his birthday instead of the traditional cake, so I tried this recipe and topped it with cherry pie filling and it was a HIT! I've only made cheesecake once, and it was the "no-bake" kind... this recipe was easy and wow what a wonderful smooth texture. I've made it twice in one week to satisty my boyfriend's craving!! Thanks for sharing this recipe. NB: I did remove the cheesecake from the oven 5 minutes before it called for and let it cool, as someone else advised in the reviews, it worked great; no cracks, smoothest texture

Donut Muffins

Very good muffins, made them twice in a month. I'm not too crazy about the sugar on the outside; I used white sugar then 1st time I made them, and powdered sugar the second time, and it kind of turned me off. So... the muffins are yummy and tender, but next time I make them I might add apples or raising in the mixture and leave out the cinnamon sugar that coats them. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

VERY GOOD! This recipe is just like what my mom made for us when I was younger... I used macintosh apples instead of the strawberries, since I had no strawberries on hand, and I was dying to make this recipe! Thanks for sharing this recipe with us!

This recipe is delicious! I found the crust a little too sweet for my taste, but my boyfriend really liked it, I will definately make again, but I'll cut the amount of sugar for the crust. Thanks for sharing this recipe!

Best Lactose Free Blueberry Muffins

Good taste. A little too sweet for my liking, and taste more like a blueberry cupcake, than a muffin. Might try cutting the sugar, or use brown sugar instead, if I make them again.

No Roll Pie Crust I

Baked Chicken

Good recipe if you're looking for something new to try with chicken, not a big fan of dijon mustard, but once all the other spices/flavors are added, it tastes pretty good. I liked how the crust stayed on after baking!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I absolutely LOVE this Pumpkin Bread recipe, I've made it twice in a month. I tried to freeze two out of the three loaves but they didn't stay in the freezer too long, perfect for breakfast with a cup of coffee or cappuccino! I did add a tsp and a half of vanilla extract and I made it with 2 1/2 cups of fresh pumpkin. Yummy!
