Good flavor... But next time I make it I will put it into the oven to carmelize the sauce.

Garlic Chicken

Very tasty! The chicken comes out moist and tender. I had salad, bread, and mashed red potatoes as sides to this dish. I love the garlicky goodness! :)

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2009
I made a few changes here and there based on other users' reviews. Next time I make this dish I will use less spinach and I think I'll mix everything together instead of layering. But that's just me. Overall a very tasty dish. Would also be good as a dip, I think!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2009
I've never had pork chops that are so tender! You don't even need a knife to cut these. The mushroom soup gravy is delicious - it would be really good paired with some mashed potatoes.

Simple & delicious. The meat is so tender it breaks apart in the stew. Great left over as well.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
Sooo tasty! I added extra cheddar, and used about 3/4 of the bread crumbs. Will definitely be making this again! My nephew (who is 3 years old) couldn't get enough of this mac & cheese!

Pumpkin Waffles with Apple Cider Syrup

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
Not pumpkin-y enough for me... I think I will tweak the recipe next time to make the pumpkin taste really stand out. Other than that, the recipe was great.

I love the carmelized onions on top! I gave the avocados a light mash just to make them easier to eat.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2009
This should be called "Super Awesome Incredibly Delicious Slow Cooker Pot Roast"! The meat is so tender, the gravy is delicious. We tried it with mashed sweet potatoes, but I think any side would be good! The recipe calls for 5 to 6 pounds of meat, but I used a 3 pound roast (It's just my husband and I) and it turned out just fine. A must-try!
