Baked Salmon II
Did not change anything!!! It was so GOOD...Nothing was left on the plate.

Puerto Rican Pork Roast
So easy to make and man it was so good. I will definetly make this again. I boiled the yucca with some of the leftover oregano with stem and a whole peeled (5) garlic, strained and put over paper towel to dry. Fry and serve. Warning peeling yucca is like peeling a tree with a paring knife but it is so worth it at the end.

Turkey Mushroom Gravy
So worth the time and effort into making this gravy! Turn out wonderful and delicious. Will definetly make again.
