Fudge Brownies I

Used 2 eggs instead of 4. Ended up over cooking it because the middle seemed mushy, but when it cools it firms up. Mine were a bit crunchy but still the best brownies I've ever had. Will never make boxed brownies again. Oh, also I just microwaved the butter and chocolate then added 1 cup chocolate chips (no nuts), this was so easy and delicious.

Luscious Lemon Cake

I wasn't sure at first, but my mother in law loves lemon, so I made it for her birthday. This was so good, I ate 2 pieces for breakfast. Topped with lemon icing, really good.

I didn't follow the recipe exactly but it was really good. I used 2 sticks butter, 1tablespoon vanilla, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, then added sugar until I had the right consistency, probably about 1 lb.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

My husband absolutely loved this. I listened to other reviews and used good wine. Mine cooked for 8 hours on low, and it wasn't dry, it fell apart it was so tender. I sauted 2 cups mushrooms then added the juices, making a gravy, best gravy I've ever made.

Apple Stuffed Pork Chops

Didn't have breadcrumbs so I used a box of stove top, also added some apple juice, still a little dry but good. Cooked 40 minutes and was juicy.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

This was the best cheesecake I ever had. I followed the other reviews and doubled the oreo cookies and left everything the same. The raspberry sauce was good, but time consuming because of the seeds, and I had tons left because it looked too pretty to cover with sauce. I cooked it 65 minutes in a water bath. I thought it was underdone at first, but apparently every other cheesecake I've ever made was overcooked; it was perfect. I will use parchment paper under the crust next time though.

This was very easy to make, my husband liked it. However, I accidentally used hot buffalo sauce...it was way too hot. I will try it again, with a different sauce, maybe it will come out better.
