Restaurant Style Beef and Broccoli
This is my husband's favorite dinner when we go to a Chinese restaurant. I have tried several different receipes, and thi was the best. I did tweak it a little... I did not have Sherry so I use a really good Merlot in it's place. I used Sirloin steak (highly recommend this cut) in place of round steak, I added mushroom and snowpeas. Yum! This will now go in to my arsenal of regulars to cook.

Sweet Green Bean Bundles
This has been a family favorite of ours for YEARS. I sometimes I forget about it and then will cook it for a family gathering and they disappear like magic! We NEVER have enough! We add 1 tsp. of Soy Sauce to ours, they are delicious. Perfect beginning to any meal, summer, winter or fall! I ONLY used good quality whole CANNED green beans. They are our favorite!

Cocktail Meatballs I
First time I have tried these. Very easy! Next time I think I will add a little red pepper flake to the meat mixture for a little "Bang"! I also baked mine in the oven vs. "frying" them and I added fresh grated parmasen cheese to the mixture as well. I made the meatballs ahead (tripled the batch) and froze them. I will be pulling these out and putting them in my crock pot for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day family gatherings!
