I decided to make the dough in my bread machine since I thought it would rise better. The liquids went in first, followed by the flour mixture, with the yeast on top.
About 10 minutes before the dough was ready, I went into the kitchen to check it and it was SOOO big the top to the bread maker was being pushed open by the dough!
I tried to roll the dough, and then cut rounds, but that just wasn't working. I rolled it and used another reviewer's suggestion of using a Tupperware hamburg press piece as a cutter. It was perfect!
I heated the oven to 170, and shut it off. When my cutting was done, I put the (16) rounds on parchment paper on cookie sheets. After 30-40 minutes, I turned the oven on to 375, keeping the muffins in the oven. At 8-9 minutes, I carefully turned them over to bake for another 8 minutes.
Next time I will roll the dough a bit flatter, but they were excellent!
