Easy Slow Cooker Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2010
Made about 30 smaller meatballs. Froze beautifully. Instead of bread crumbs, used white bread dissolved in enough milk to make a mush and added a T. of Italian Seasonings. Used dried onion & garlic for ease. They melt in your mouth!

Perfect! Used on store bought cookies. They looked terrific, and easy to transport as it dried hard. What a time saver.

Very tasty- would use less bacon next time. Added cumin and poultry seasonings. Used homemade biscuit recipe, and still very easy.

Delicious! I've always required gravy for my mashed potatoes, but this recipe was perfect by itself. Omitted the browning, and just served from stovetop.

Was looking for something fast to go with meatloaf. Fantasic! Only used salt & pepper for spices. Boiled potatoes in salted water, and tossed them in oil/vinegar mixture before smashing.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
Wow! So easy, and so good. Froze apples inside pie pan, and when solid, put in freezer bag, just pop into crust, and add a few extra minutes (until pie is bubbly). The only recipe I will ever use!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2011
Thick, chewy & crunchy! Mixed dough in KitchenAid with the dough hook, and it was a little sticky. Pushed into a 12" pie pan (dusted with cornmeal)with fingers, and pre-baked crust for 10 minutes. Even leftovers were delicious.
