Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
Great recipe as is. But to cut fat, I skipped the oil, half the sausage, drained and rinsed it. I also used skim milk instead of heavy cream and thickened it a little with corn starch. I also added extra garlic and added a 10oz. package of spinach. Real good recipe to fool around with to suit your taste.
