Apple Crisp II

Excellent. The classic recipe for Apple Crisp that everyone loves so much this time of year with the cold weather!! Only thing I changed was I doubled the flour, so 2tbsp instead of 1tbsp in the apple mix, and then I added a little vanilla flavoring in the topping mix. Excellent, very very very good, and so simple to make! I used a large pan, 9X13 as in the recipe directions. SO GOOD! Thx for sharing :)

Classic American-Style Potato Salad

Perfect recipe for the classic summer party potato salad......minus the eggs! (just my taste) all I do besides no eggs, is add 1 more tbsp of red wine vinegar....because I think if its made the night before, it needs it to give it that kick back after sitting & soaking the flavors....thx for sharing!!

Stuffed Peppers

Best stuffed peppers Ive ever had........I use hamburg instead of sausage and orange peppers instead of green because they are sweeter....that is just my preference but Im sure its scrumptious the way the recipe states!!! LOVE the tomato soup idea...never thought of it before, and the cheese I cut in half to lighten it a little....It came out so tasty and hearty...GREAT meal, and a great twist to spice up the flavors of boring regular stuffed peppers...but not so much that it overly alters this traditional meal. THANKS FOR POSTING....Will be making this way from now on.....VERY GOOD

Authentic Italian Wedding Soup

Tuscan Pork Tenderloin

This flavorful dish will impress the most experienced cooks, and people with all tastes......it tastes and looks like it took all day by an expert chef but it is relatively quick and easy....SO TENDER you do not need a knife!Flavors are out of this world!

Cowboy Casserole

THIS RECIPE IS AMAZING!!!!!! SO many people have asked me for this recipe which is why I posted......A complete, hearty, tasty COMFORT food that I promise ALL adults & children will LOVE. I myself was skeptical when I first made this but it is a favorite at my house and I am requested to make it for every occasion and party I attend......easy, cheap & DELICIOUS

Apple Bars

I don't know what the lower ratings did wrong, but mine came out perfect. All I did was substitute oats in place of walnuts, and it held together well, cooked at the exact time, and were VERY MOIST! I think next time I will food processer the apples to make them even smaller. My 2 year old LOVED these. EASY, QUICK & GOOD!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I did not use ANY Chili Powder, but added a dash of cinnamon, oregano & red pepper flakes....and IT WAS AMAZING......I cannot imagine even having that much chili powder, it definately does not even need any, spectacular

Mayan Couscous

This is out of this world! Great, healthy dish with amazing flavors. I used parsley instead of cilantro (bought it by accident) but it came out amazing. I will be bringing this to the next party I attend, I imagine it is wonderful cold as well. Thank you SO much for sharing this.

The ONLY thing I changed was that I used 1 & 1/4 cups of flour instead of 1 & 1/2. Baked for 15 minutes........WONDERFUL!!!! My mother in law came over while they were baking and the first thing she said after "wow" was "melts in your mouth".....Just as described!!!!

Cookie Balls

Great, quick recipe to whip up for a party! I made these this morning for a halloween party tonight, and I ate a few and had to stop myself! I know they'll be a big hit.....I sprinkled crushed cookie crumbs over the top after dipping like in the picture...they look perfect!!

Cinnamon Carrot Bread

This braed is good, however I followed it exact and but it was a cookie dough consistency..so obviously there is a missing ingredient. I looked up other carrot breads and saw a 1/2 cup of milk used, I did that and it came out great
