Pumpkin Fluff Dip
This was so easy! I couldn't find a 5 oz box of pudding, so I used (2) 3 oz boxes. I also used the "Extra Creamy" version of frozen whipped topping. This was so dreamy! It was a hit at my office Christmas party! I simply served it with ginger snaps. It was a tasty, but light, sweet dessert. This recipe is a keeper!

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
The best Brussels sprouts I've ever had! This was the first time I've ever made fresh sprouts. I am so spoiled now! It will be hard for me to go back to frozen. I only had to roast these for 30 minutes. They were delicious! The roasting brings out the sprouts' natural sweetness, and there was basically no bitterness that you often get with frozen sprouts. So yummy and eye-appealing on my Thanksgiving table!

Onion Roasted Sweet Potatoes
I was so thrilled with this recipe! It was such a celebration of fall flavor on my Thanksgiving table! The roasted sweetness of the potatoes combined with the crunchy, savory bits of onion were delicious and really heightened the sweet flavor of the potatoes rather than hide it with sugary marshmallows. This was a hit! I also roasted some brussels sprouts and just did both at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. I used 4 medium to large sweet potatoes and 1 packet of onion soup (don't remember the size). They were perfect!
