Stove-Top Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: May 7, 2012
This is the same recipe I use for baked except less milk and cheese. It turned out great. For those that said it was gritty, I'm not sure why. I know when I make it I melt the butter first in the pan then add flour until it's smooth then add milk a 1/2 cup at a time and whisk until smooth. Then cook until thick. Yum

This cake is a bit sweet, but tastes really good. I had to have a piece while it was still warm, all I can say is yummmmm.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2012
These are really good. The only thing I had trouble with is the frosting. The frosting was lumpy, so I added a little bit of milk to make it a little more spreadable, other then that it was really good. Will be making these again.

Feta and Bacon Stuffed Chicken with Onion Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2012
Loved it. The only thing I did different was not cooking everything in bacon grease because we had bacon for breakfast so I used the left over bacon for the chicken. Fried everything in garlic olive oil. I also didn't have breadcrumbs so I used 1/4 cup flour and 1/2 cup of corn meal. It turned out great, will do it again.

Egg in a Boat

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2011
I use 2 pieces of bread and bake it on 350 for about 20 minutes or longer depending on if the egg is cooked. We've called them birds eye. We sprinkle cooked bacon and cheese around the sides. The grandkids love them

Jif® Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2010
I made these cookies tonight and they are very good. I used a cookie scoop so the batch I made actually made about 5 dozen. So if you are looking to make a small batch I would suggest cutting the ingredinents to half.
