So much for big sloppy mess! These worked well and will be a star at our HOA party which I host yearly on Memorial day! Had neighbors rate them and each one was a ten by our rating system. Will have several more favorites from this site. Thanks PJ.

Delicious Chicken Casserole

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
everyone loved this! I added some mushrooms to only my dish and I think that is a great way to personalize this for anyone . I made this a shrimp casserole by using cream of shrimp soup and sherry. This basic recipe is soo versitile and delicious! Yes I made the chicken version but being the only shrimp lover made a seperate one for me and froze it individually-for me. Today my career student son called after his dinner of this to ask for more!!!!!! He came home to pick it up! I gave him half and he was to give his sister the other half. They had lunch and he asked her if he could eat hers!!!!!!!!!!! She said no so he called as I was writing this to complain she is selfish. I was thrilled and will always make this recipe! Thankyou! I also used sherry for the shrimp version. Donnapfi---you started a tradition and I thank you PJ

Easy Creole Okra and Shrimp

Reviewed: May 14, 2010
This was fabulous! I used what I had which was frozen chopped onions and frozen green peppers and frozen cooked deveined shrimp. I had no okra so diced-yes fresh celery-about two stalks. My seasonnong was tony c's and a bit to much salt for my taste but so good. Next time I will use 1 or less tbs. This was fast and easy especially if you only used fresh frozen prepped vegies. Was loved by all and no leftovers. Bummer for todays lunch.

Tomato Gorgonzola Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
Not impressed. Way too chunky and bland. tastless and mealy. You must use food processer or blender. This is way too rich and thick. This is more like a dip and very non figure friendly.

The Best Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2009
yes!!!!!!!!!!!! Do dip your mushrooms in butter---not a fan of garlic. Add pre cooked bacon about 10 slices diced. Any seafood is great. If no seafood ?????? bacon always works! Love this-just love this!!!!!!!!!!!!!No extra cheese is necessary but does add to the presentation. Simply can't go wrong here!!!!!!!!!!
