Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2013
Took this to a BBQ and everyone loved it and said it tasted exactly like the inside of a popper! It was really yummy. Since I love spicy food, next time I'll use the whole can of jalapenos. A may use a little less parmesan also as the bowl was too small for a whole cup piled on top. I mixed the parmesan with panko bread crumbs and the presentation was beautiful.

Lemon Blueberry Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2013
This was so pretty and yummy tasting. Turned out beautiful and very moist. I omitted the nuts. Next time, I may use a little less lemon zest or juice as it was very lemony indeed!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2013
Pretty good and very easy! It was heavy though and we could only eat a little at a time. I threw in some baby carrots and served it over egg noodles.

Fried Cabbage with Bacon, Onion, and Garlic

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2013
This did not taste as good as I remembered it as a kid. Maybe it's because I used turkey bacon instead of real bacon. Next time I'll try it with real bacon.

Stuffed Chicken Valentino

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2013
This was really good and easy enough to make. Next time I'll serve it with a sauce. My husband said it needs more mozzarella cheeese on the inside but I thought the amount of cheese was just fine.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2012
Really yummy!! I used cream of chicken soup and chicken broth instead of water. Also added some carrots and celery seed. Very hearty and certainly filling! Will definitely make again on one of those cold winter nights.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Made exactly as stated and was excellent! It was not dry at all and there was plenty of filling! Next time I'll add some diced potatoes and a bit more seasoning as suggested by the hubby. Great recipe though!

Great Garlic Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2012
This was wonderful and easy. I eyeballed everything and omitted the cheese because I didn't have any. I brushed on the last bits of the butter mixture right before serving and I think that was the best part! :o)

Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2012
Took this camping for the weekend and was well received. The bacon was a little soggy by the end of the trip so I think its best when used the same day or the next. My husband has asked for this again but with a different noodle as the 3 cheese tortellini was a little overwhelming and very filling.

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2012
Excellent! Replaced water with lemon juice and added a splash of milk to the cake/oat mix. End result was very moist and perfectly tart. These were all gone by the end of the party I took them to! :)

This was great! So easy to throw together after work. I did not marinate it but will next next time. I will also use the other reviewers suggestions of adding other ingredients in the pan like veggies, garlic, potatoes and pineapple.

This was fairly good. Next time I will use a red onion and red wine vinegar as I think it needed to be sweeter.
