My favorite things to cook
I love making soups and any pasta or seafood dish ranks high on my list. I love grating and julienning raw veggies and mixing them with cold whole grain thin spaghetti and a shot of toasted sesame oil, sea salt and edamame. So good and so easy.
My cooking tragedies
Acorn squash raviolis made in won-ton wrappers. A sticky, gooey, inedible mess. RIP raviolis!
