Toasted Garlic Bread
I've tried several garlic bread spread recipes, but I like this one the best! The only change I made was to add some red pepper flakes just because we like everything with a little kick. Other than that, it was delicious! I thought of putting the spread on the whole loaf but I'm glad I didn't. Cutting it into slices first allowed the goodness to soak into the smaller pieces.

Salsa Chicken
If I could grasp the quality and quantity of time in the rest of my day as I was able to do with this recipe, I'd be superwoman! I was surprised how delicious and easy this was. My 13 year old girl and husband went back or 2nds AND 3rd's. I even got 2 "This is really good!" remarks from my husband who enjoys but rarely remarks on my cooking. I pretty much followed the recipe but normally add a little to suit my family's taste. My husband is Cajun so flavor and spice is a must. I did add some grilled corn which I seasoned with butter, cayenne, cumin, pepper, and cilantro. (Which by the way was delicious by itself) and threw in on the chicken when I added the cheese. After reading the reviews, I will try it in the slow cooker next time. I took the advise on one reviewer and let the chicken rest and absorb the liquid by removing it from the pan when it was done cooking and covering it with foil for 10 minutes. It was incredibly tender for oven baked chicken. Thank you for this recipe! It will definitely be a regular for our house!!

Chicken Chimichangas with Sour Cream Sauce
I have to say, I never rate a recipe because I normally have to tweak them for our pallet but this is an incredibly delicious and easy recipe! I was so impressed! Between the flavor of the saucechicken and the sour cream sauce...fantastic! I also would recommend reducing the amount of water for quicker cooking time. I used wheat tortillas, low fat sour cram and brushed with olive oil and baked them (as others suggested) for a little healthier version. You would never guess that as delicious as these were! Looking forward to making them as appetizers for football parties as well! Thank you for sharing this!
