Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Excellent. I added an extra 2 tsp of cumin and a bit more chili powder. I also added 1 tbsp of canned chilis. Instead of water and chicken broth, I just added one tetra pack of chicken broth.

They were good, but need to be served right away and put in freezer for 5-10 mins before trying to cut as the dough is sticky.

Salsa Chicken

Very spicy! i think it's from shaking the chicken in the taco seasoning. Not sure. It was tasty, but a little watery the sauce.

Lemon Loaf

Add 1/2 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of flour too and I omited the nuts, just left it plain. For topping, lemon juice and icing sugar until runny. Yum!

They are good but don't dip in chocolate, they are better left plain. Can make rounds instead of the crescent shape as it looks better.

Best Ever Pie Crust

Excellent! Make sure everything is cold including water and let it chill. Don't handle too much. I used this for making mince tarts and they came out awesome!

Eggplant Parmesan I

Excellent! I dippled the eggplant in an egg wash first and then into bread crumbs and fried them in olive oil. Made them stay nice and crunchy before going into oven.

Excellent!! Everyone at the x-mas brunch loved it. Must make it again!!! YUMMMY!! I assembled everything the night before and it wasn't soggy the next day, just be sure to take out all the water from the frying pan before mixing together.
