Herb Biscuits
I have made these several times and they are great! I've used different groups of herbs, but they have all turned out wonderful. Everyone loves them. No one can believe how simple these are. I use about 3/4 of a stick of butter, and that is perfect. I cook them in a glass 8" square pan so I can see their progress. Always delish!!!

White Texas Sheet Cake
This was very good. We all love Texas Sheet Cake, but my husband can no longer eat chocolate. He loved this! I still prefer the chocolate version, but I will make this again for my hubby! I followed the recipe except I used vanilla extract in place of the almond extract (didn't have any). This is a very good white version of Texas Sheet Cake!

Beefy Cabbage Stew
Really good! Made almost exactly as written except didn't have Greek seasoning, so used sprinkles of black pepper, dried parsley, paprika, ground cinnamon, thyme and chili powder. I also sauted onion, mushrooms and garlic with the ground beef. This makes a lot. Lots of leftovers, but even better flavor when reheated. Will make this again.....very healthy and good!
