Asparagus and Goat Cheese Quesadillas

I used feta instead of the goat cheese... the flavor was wonderful so it gets 5 stars but my cooking abilities are lacking so it's my own fault that they didn't stay together when I flipped them in the skillet. I will try this again and hopefully master the art of flipping quesadillas in a skillet.

Flavorful Flounder For the Oven

I used feta instead of the parmesan. This was so wonderful! I was worried the flounder would tast too "fishy" but it came out delicious. I broiled for 5 minutes and then put the cheese/mayo mixture on top and broiled for another 3 minutes. This will be added to the recipe box under "wonderful dishes" Thanks for the recipe.

Key Lime Pie VII

Not a big fan... I wanted to try this recipe, thinking it was more "authentic" than the ones I've made in the past... Very tart, which wasn't a bad thing... Just not the right consistency for my liking.

Chili Rellenos Casserole

This was so yummy! I used fresh chiles instead of canned. I also used fire roasted diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. I definitely will be making this again!

Salmon with Dill

My family loved this recipe. Only problem was, I didn't. I don't know why... it just didn't taste very good in my opinion. I'll make it again for them but I'd choose something else.

Buckeyes I

So amazing and simple! I made these for my friend's husband and ended up having to make another batch because mine ate them all! Thank you so much! I did use the tip for melting the chips in the microwave instead of a double boiler. It was so much easier! We used the left over melted chocolate to top our ice cream. Very yummy!

Amazing Chicken

Just made this AMAZING chicken for dinner. My husband is such a picky eater but he loved it. Will definitely make this again and again. Maybe I'll make it for my mother-in-law and wow her. Thank you so much!
