Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread
If you have never made Irish Soda Bread and are looking for a very tasty and easy recipe, this is it! I hosted my first Irish Dinner and found this recipe for Soda Bread, because what Irish Dinner is complete without it?? Absolutely loved it! I ended up making 4 that night and I had to hide one of them so I could bring it into work the next day because it was all completely gobbled up! I also added raisins in one batch to make it a bit of a dessert along with a cinnamon, sugar, and butter mixture to lightly baste the bread with. It turned out wonderful! Thank you for such a great recipe!

Beef and Irish Stout Stew
Wonderful recipe!! I added everything but the cayenne pepper (only because I forgot to buy some) and it was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it at my St. Patrick's Day dinner. The Guinness made the stew thicken up and gave it a very nice, rich flavor. Thanks for the recipe!!

These were delicious and so easy to make! I didn't roll the dough out, I only flattened the biscuits by hand and followed the procedure to make a cup within the pan. I used small biscuits as they were all I had on hand and it was a little difficult to spread out the dough since there wasn't much to work with. I recommend using Grand Biscuits or another larger biscuit as mine didn't seem to quite hold together as it could have. The barbecue sauce was definitely a different touch and I was a bit skeptic at first (only because I'm not much of a barbecue fan), but it really made the whole thing come together and added a kick to the flavor! Wonderful Recipe! Thank you!
