Peanut Butter Bars I
I made this in 2 shallow 9x13 pans instead of one. Took one to work & the other on a retreat. I got RAVE reviews on them. They are for sure better the next day though. Chill them for a while. I also added a bit more graham crackers on the bottom layer, but overall a great recipe!

Migas
first time to make migas! and it was great! I was looking for a recipe that didn't require frying up the tortillas, and this did the trick. added some cheese & salsa and it made a filling dinner for me! i'll for sure make this again!!

Turkey Dumplings
Wow! I ended up making chicken dumplings with pre-cooked chicken, chicken stock & Grand's Buttermilk biscuits. I really thought that I was doing something wrong midway through--especially after reading the "my dumplings turned to mush" comment. But I decided to keep cooking the dumplings, and I think the reason they took a bit longer was because they were the buttermilk kind. I also actually ended up putting the dumplings in another LARGER pan. But cooking it a bit longer & putting it in large made the sauce thicker and the biscuits done! It was really great and I was really excited it turned out great!!
