Spicy Pretzels
A Huge Family Favorite. I've been making these for years, but slight differences - I use 2 bags of pretzels, 1 cup of oil, then 1 tablespoon of each of the seasonings, Garlic Powder, Lemon Pepper and Dill weed instead of Cayenne, plus the pkg of dry Ranch mix - or really adjust per your taste. But this what everyone always begs me to make.

Pecan Surprise Pie
Everyone seemed to really enjoy this pie very much. But I didn't feel the crust was done on the bottom. Next time I would partially pre-bake the crust first. Because the bottom crust wasn't well done it kind of mushed into the custardy part of the pie and I didn't find that very appetizing.

Apple-Cranberry Salad
One of my favorite salads. LOVE the dressing. I used romaine cause that's what I had on hand, and omitted the apple cause it just didn't need it. The pear was plenty.
