Creamy Red Pepper Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2009
Thank you for this wonderful soup, I felt like I had presented a resturant quality soup. I did roast my own peppers as I had them on hand from my garden. Other than that I did not change anything. Thanks again for a great recipe. ~SanRo~

Buttery Soft Pretzels

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2009
Good, but I could not get the dough to roll out like a rope. so I made them into nugets and used warmed cream cheese when served. I will try these again maybe spray them with butter before salting in place of Soda water, it seemed a little bitter.

Very tasty, I could see puting in chunks of chicken. This would also be a great base for creating a chicken soup. I did add mushrooms, salt and pepper. Very good I will make this many times over. Thank you!

Golden Pork Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2009
This recipe was not as tasty as I hoped it to be, my husband is not a picky eater, and realy was not thrilled with it, I will try it again with the 6 chops. As I had downsized it to 2 chops, decreased the amount of baking time, and took another veiwers advice to saute the mushrooms, onions, and garlic. I think by doing this it took out some of the moisture. Thanks though, I will try again.

The first time I made this it was just ok, I tried it again with less butter, more baking powder, and a dash of salt. I can not stop making it, Dark beer has the best flavor. this recipe will be used alot in my home. Yummy!
