Cream of Pumpkin Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2011
Made this for my fiancee who asked for it. I didnt plan on eating it because I've never liked any pumpkin or squash soup, ever. But I absolutely love this soup! I don't think it needs that much cream...leave it out and it would still be rich. Next time I will use 1/4 cup instead. Also, I added a dash of cayenne pepper and used a clove of garlic with the onion in the beginning. This soup is a winner!

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2010
I somehow lost my login info to this site and could not find this recipe on the site the searching "bbq beef". This recipe is soooooo good, however, that I spent almost an hour trying to login to get to my recipe box. Finally logged in and am so happy. You cannot make this dish bad. It is simply the best, and probably will be your bf/hubby's fav meal. No need to look for any other bbq recipe! I had better print it out this time!

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2010
No more need to buy those rotisserrie chickens from the grocery store! :) Super easy and came out great. The only thing I added was a olive oil rub and then with the salt/pepper/paprika I used lemon pepper Mrs. Dash seasoning. Moist, tasty and nice color.

Argentine Meat Empanadas

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2011
Very good recipe. I added tomato sauce and a little flour to meat mixture because my boyfriends Argentinian mother suggested, and it was really good. also omitted boiling meat. used saltena brand empanada dough from frozen section of argentinian market. i like the ones that are made for oven and "drier" as in flakier crust. but both are good!

Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2009
Turned out very moist and delicious. I doubled the batter, so used a bit more than neccesary in pan and the cake portion was too thick in proportion to cream cheese frosting filling. Also with remaining batter I made 4 cupcakes which were very good. My fiancee said it was like a big twinkie but not chocolate! Cream cheese part was really yummy :)
