I don't usually write reviews but I had to take the time to write one for this recipe. It was as good if not better than any pasta dish I've had in a restaurant. I read the other reveiws and I added a can of diced tomatoes instead of the sundried (it's what I had on hand), baby portobello mushrooms (since I only had one large chicken breast), half a large shallot, a little extra garlic and a little white wine. Next time I'm doing it as is...I love sundried tomatoes and I'm sure it will be amazing. Thank you Marbalet, this one is a keeper!! =)
