Orzo with Parmesan and Basil

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2014
Terrific! Served at a dinner party and every last bite was gone at the end of dinner. Just the way I like it. I think I may have cut back just a little bit on the butter but otherwise followed the recipe. I also doubled and may not have had enough fresh basil so added a couple of Tbsp's of pesto. This recipe is definitely a keeper.

Turkey Brine

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2009
I'm a believer! I read all the fab reviews and decided to try it myself. It came out great! My entire family complemented the taste and moistness of the turkey. I will definitiely use this over and over for my turkey and I would highly recommend. By the way, I read one review that said the recipe could be a little salty so I used low sodium vegetable broth and it came out very well.

This is now my go-to barbecue recipe. Prepared exactly as written and it was awesome. What leftovers there were was gobbled up the next day. Only wish I had made more!

Apple Honey Glazed Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2013
I'm giving 5 stars to this one as well. SO easy and SO versatile. I used cherry jam and cooked in the oven. Awesome! This will be a go-to recipe for me as well. UPDATE: tried this again with the apple jelly... cherry jam was MUCH better

Pasta, Broccoli and Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2012
I omitted the pesto and tomatos and as other reviewers did, increased the amount of broccoli. I sauteed garlic in oil and then cooked thinly sliced chicken breasts. I added 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper to give a bit more flavor and added about 1/8 c toasted pine nuts. It still needed something else so I added about 1 Tbsp of melted butter. Delicious!!

Fried Broccoli

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2014
I love this recipe. I use fresh broccoli instead of frozen and microwaved it for a bit before stir frying. I also used some cauliflower and did the same thing. I've prepared this twice now and will continue to use this recipe.

Mediterranean Tilapia

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2010
I thought this was great. I read a previous review about it being a little bland so I added some greek spices but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. For my 12 yr old that doesn't like spice, I added no greek spice and no topping but my husband abd I both loved it with the topping. I'll definitely make this again.

Penne Pasta with Veggies

I'm giving this 5 stars because even my 13 year old daughter loved this. She asked for seconds the night we ate it and even heated up the leftovers the next day. This usually NEVER happens in our house. Great recipe/

I LOVED this recipe. The salad was awesome. I didn't need all of the dressing and served it on the side. I saw at least one of my guests dipping his bread into the dressing. DELICIOUS!!

Awesome taste. Only catch is that you need a get bit of time to cook this dish but the results were fantastic. Very moist and flavorful. I will definitely cook this again.
