Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
This recipe was so easy, and absolutely delicious! I mixed everything in a freezer bag, dropped in my drum sticks, let them marinate for a couple of hours and then just dumped everything in baking dish. Husband had seconds and said "put this on the do again list" which in our house, that's a 5 star recipe!!

I made mini mini cheesecakes (mini muffin pan) and then one mini cheesecake with this recipe and they turned out great! Took them to work for a function and everyone loved them. I couldn't find ginger snaps so I just used grahm crackers. Will most certianly make this one again!

Rosemary Herb Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
Excellent Recipe! Very easy and so good!! I used all dry herbs, just doubled the amount, but I think you could use the same measurements as the fresh and it would be a very nice subtle flavor. I will make this recipe every week if I can!!

Ground Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
I've made a couple of the Beef Stroganoff recipes on this site. This one is my and my husbands favorite! My husband doesnt really like onions so i used onion powder instead. I also added more beef broth and just let it simmer and reduce down some. I am adding this to the "make on a regular basis" list!

both my husband and i loved these. at first bite they tasted like normal deviled eggs, but then the horseradish pops up and gives them a great finish (especially if youre a fan of it!!) i will make these instead of regular deviled eggs from now on!

Ranch Crispy Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2009
There are only 2 of us so i adjusted the recipe to serve only two, i used 2 chicken breasts (pretty good sized ones, half a package of ranch dressing mix, and just a little more than a 1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs). it was wonderful, my husband gobbled it up and asked for seconds! this one is going in the weekly routine, it's easy and i usually have the ingredients on hand!!
