Prosciutto Parmesan Pasta
This was excellent. I was looking to copy a recipe from my favorite restaurant. and this hit the mark. Surprised there was no butter and it wasn't needed. Following other reviews I added no salt and used frozen peas. I also added the flour to my prosciutto to thicken sauce just a bit and it came out just perfect. Another bonus--the sauce held up when reheating leftovers. So often a white sauce breaks down when reheating. Loved it, so did my husband. This went right into the recipe box!

Tater Tot Bake
We LOVED this casserole. I followed earlier suggestion of adding sausage for more flavor. I did half sausage. Also thought I'd enjoy tatertots more crispy as well and did suggestion of soup mix over meat, then cheddar cheese over that and some sprinkled on top of tots. Tatertots were perfection. I topped with salt, pepper and a very light layer of chili powder. I will be making this again and again. My kids will love it when they come home next.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts
OH. MY. WORD. I would have never in my wildest dreams thought we'd like brussel sprouts and even my husband who has been Mr. Peas & Corn loved them. I will definately making these again. Great low carb side dish. I had half of them gone before my steak was off the grill!
