Spicy Bean Salsa
Great base recipe...lose the Italian dressing though and use either olive oil or avacado oil, lemon, lime, fresh cilantro and fresh garlic, cracked pepper etc. and FRESH tomatoes!

Very good, although I changed the lemon to fresh lime and added fresh garlic.

Garlic Shrimp Linguine
Excellent scampi, have to make more sauce though. The only changes I made, were to add olive oil to the sauce and a little Old Bay seasoning.
