These potatoes are amazing! I just had my first dinner party and I served these along with baked chicken. I rarely put so many spices on potatoes, but I am glad I did! Anyway, here are a few changes I made... I omitted the dill weed, and added rosemary to compliment the spices on the chicken, and it turned out really well for me. I used red potatoes and did not peel them to keep in the nutrients, as others have suggested. Also, I followed the suggestion to lower the cooking temperature/time. I baked them at 400, then broiled them for 5 minutes to make them crispier. They tasted even better as leftovers the next day! This recipe is a definite keeper.
