Savory Diet Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
Not bad at all. I added extra Worcestershire sauce some salt and a bit of onion powder. Honestly I don't think the onion powder did much. It is not a full flavor meal, but it sure was filling. I liked that part.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
Doesn't taste a thing like shortbread. I was sorely disappointed. I expected so much better after reading so many raving reviews. I will not make these EVER again!

Pear Bread I

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2009
Pear flavor is minimal, but nice and moist! I only used two eggs and replaced some oil with water. I used four ripe pears and chopped them finely. It taste great, but its not the best bread.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
These are the best ginger cookies I have EVER HAD!!! Of course I changed it a bit. I added a half less of cloves, my husband doesn't like the taste of cloves. But they were fantastic!! The best part was I accidentally left a few over night not in a container (I live in a dry dry dry climate) and was afraid to find them rock hard in the morning. Amazingly enough they were still soft and delicious. Thank you, thank you!

Bagels II

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
Not bad bagels at all. This is my first try, but they are pretty good. If you are cooking the bagels at 500 degrees, make sure you check on them often so they don't burn to the pan. I'll make these again and try cinnamon and sugar. Maybe even blueberry bagels.

Apple Strudel Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2009
This is an instant hit with my husband and for me as well. I listened to everyones changes and used them to get the best muffins ever. Although since I am allergic to eggs I used egg replacer. I used the equivalent of six eggs with the egg replacer, but I did double the recipe. And for cooking them I turned my oven down to 350 as it seemed 375 was over cooking them. But just Delicious over all!!!!

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2009
This was really good. My husband was impressed. Despite my husbands dislike for halibut, he loved this. Although I did use less butter just to cut back on fat, it still tasted great!
