This was amazing! I didn't have any fresh parm on me, so I used an Italian six cheese blend, which worked out pretty well. When I first added the cheese I was worried that it would be too much like a stringy ball of cheese so I added a bit of half and half (I'd used up all of the heavy cream), and it smoothed out nicely. : ) I also added salf and pepper and a bit of garlic powder, because it had a weird aftertaste (though I blame the cheese for that). Afterward, it tasted perfect. Great recipe. : )
