Apple Pie in a Jar Drink

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2010
I've had this before, but never made it. This was so easy and soooo good! Taking it on a canoe trip as well as keeping some for weekend campfires! Besides cin stix, I added several dashes of ground cinnamon & a little nutmeg, as well as followed someone elses suggestion to added a little vanilla after it cools... all I can say is FABULOUS!!

Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2009
These were awesome! I even had to improvise when I didn't have enough graham crackers and had to use part crushed up Vanilla wafers. It must have worked, because they turned out great & tasted great. I will us all Graham next time to see the difference if any... but it worked! They freeze well and were a hit at our housewarming party! YUM! Can't wait to make them for the holidays!

Sour Cream Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2009
This was VERY EASY to make & great comfort food for the cold weather! I did make changes based on other reviews. To be even quicker, I used 2 lrg cans of premium breast chicken. I also put in 2 TBS of chicken seasoning that I had, as well as 1 Cup brown minute rice and proceeded with directions. After I poured the mixture into the pan, I sprinkled Colby/Chedder cheese on top. Then mixed 1 sleeve of crushed Club crackers w/ 1/4 C melted butter and sprinkled that over the cheese. I baked for 30 mins at 350.The top was golden, crunchy and OH sooo good! My Finance' loved it! I served it with mixed vegi's. I still think it could use a tad more seasoning, but I will be making this again!
