Ground Turkey Casserole

very good, I added some italian seasoning to the meat, I made this about four times already and tried it once mixing all the ingredients instead of layering the meat on top and then the sour cream mixture and it was not the same is soooo much better if you layer it just taste better, don't ask why since the whole things ends up mix in your plate but is not the same. I loved it when I layer it. Very good recipe.

Shirred Eggs

maybe I should not be rating this since I change a lot of thing but it was out of necesity, I wanted something different with eggs for this morning and didn't have all the ingredients. I only had eggs and heavy cream, I used saute onions instead of chives and cheddar cheese instead of parmesan, I also use someone else adviced and cooked the eggs in a muffin pan one egg per cup everything elese the same and it turn out soooo god. I really liked how easy it was to make all those eggs and everyone gets to eat at the same time warm eggs. definately doing again next time using chives and parmesan.

Chocolate Frosting II

Followed recipe exactly, I double the recipe and had enough to frost a three layer 9" and a small 6" on top with some leftover. Flavor was good but the texture was perfect after I let it set for 10 min or so (one kid started crying and I had to leave the kitchen) best mistake because when I came back it was thinck enough to spread and pipe some flowers in. Very happy with the end result.

Chocolate Meringue Frosting

exactly what I was looking for. light and sweet with out the powder sugar after taste. I reduced the butter 1/2 c less per other review and it tasted great. You have to mix that butter until really light and flufy. It did turn into cottagecheese for a minute when I added the egg whites and butter together after a while of beating some more and adding the vanilla everything turn out fine. Thank you for posting great recipe

Best Ever Butter Cream Frosting

After reading all the bad reviews I had to try this recipe just to prove I can do it and sure enough it came out perfect, really flufy and tasted perfect not too sweet just right. I'm sorry for all of you that didn't get a good result, I follow the recipe the only change is that I cream the butter with the sugar for a little bit and then added the whipped egg whites to it and continue the rest of the recipe.
