Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin

excellent- I thickened up the sauce a bit by adding some WW flour at the end. I followed another viewers advice & lined the glass baking dish w/onions on the bottom, I also added fresh mushrooms. served w/twice baked pototoes & some green beans- wonderful aroma & tasted great!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

so delish! I couldn't believe what I thought would be a simple 'alfredo' dish would turn out so flavorful! The red bell really added flavor to this dish. I added chicken and used a whole red bell pepper, I used the 1tbsp of cayenne b/c we love spice. I did sub asiago cheese for the romano ch b/c that was what I had. my BF was raving over this meal throughout saying how great it was. The final clincher was when he said "I would eat this 3x a week, this is a keeper!" then he high-fived me! What a way to start & end a dinner. Thank you for posting this.

A simple, good pork chop gravy recipe- wasn't so sure about using the browning sauce- kinda creeped me out- but got use to it- great, easy meal w/mashed pot.

Beef Stroganoff III

I ended up cooking this for a total of 2 hrs b/c my hubby was running late at work, but the end result was fall apart beef- wonderful taste, easy clean-up. Will make again. I did not need to add in sour cream, sauce was thick enough & light enough for my taste.

Sesame Pasta Chicken Salad

this was awesome! I grilled 2 chicken breast & boiled the pasta & made the sauce while doing that, shredded the chicken, combined & added fresh cilantro & green onions and WOW!!! so good cold the next day for lunch- this will be in my rotation.

Beef and Bean Chimichangas

Excellent- I often find that I just stick w/the basic 4-5 recipes I use for ground turkey & was looking for something different & since we love mexican- this was perfect! I did mix the refried beans w/the GT mixture & also added 1 4oz can of green chiles, added cheese into mixture as well and filled the flour tortillas all together. Baked & topped w/lettuce, tom & sour cream. Yum! Using 1lb of GT, I was able to get about 7 large filled chimi's, froze the rest. BF raved about these & said add them into rotation! Thanks for submitting, this is a great add for a mini mexican night at the house!

Bloomin' Onion Dipping Sauce

I thought this was a good dipping sauce- although, I thought it just needed some more kick due to my personal preference. Next time, I will add more pepper or some hot sauce for some extra zing- other then that, great w/onion rings.

Paprika Chicken with Sour Cream Gravy

I thought this was very tasty & super quick to pull together during a work day evening, the sauce is very thick and makes more then enough for 2 people- this is my 2nd time making this dish & will keep in my rotation for an easy chicken breast dinner during a month's rotation. I thought it was tasty but after reading other people's comments, I doubled the indgredients b/c we like spice.

Scallops Au Gratin

I attempted to make this b/c I love scallops but find there's not alot to do w/them. I was looking for an au gratin recipe b/c one of my favorite Italian restaurants serves a divine dish for lunch that is scallop au gratin- basically served in a lemon-brandy cream sauce w/swiss cheese- YUM! I made this recipe w/about 1/2 pd of scallops, it looked great cooking, but for dinner it was just too rich, not much flavor & overall I was not happy w/it. I will attempt to make again at a later point and try to alter a few things.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, and Onions

very tasty! I actually used, red, green & yellow bell peppers and threw in a kick of cayenne pepper. I served over hoagie rolls w/mozz cheese. BF said they were wonderful. will be making again, very quick & easy.

Fettuccini Carbonara

maybe it was something I did, but this creation did not turn out well, the sauce did not come together, I even tried heating it up on the stove to allow the cheese to melt in, but it just didn't absorb into the pasta, it became more of a separate entity w/in the dish. I did add chicken & mushrooms, it was tolerable to eat, my BF who had been working in the yard for 6 hrs straight came in & gobbled it down, however, he was starving. I may give this a go again at some point.....

Anniversary Chicken I

excellent & something different to make with chicken. I followed others & mixed together the ranch and teri marinade together & poured over browned chicken before placing in oven. Put cheese, bacon & green onions on 10 min left of baking. Fiance enjoyed this.

Firecracker Scallops

These were great! Easty to prepare & cook. I would mix the horseradish sauce up & pour over scallops, the sauce made the dish! My BF loved these & could not rave enough about the dinner.

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

I thought this recipe was terrific! I love anything spicy, I stuck to the recipes measurements & thought is was just enough kick, I applied the rub & then threw the chicken on the grill w/some asparagus. I used organic chicken so I basically had 4 thin cutlets, didn't need to pound out. the sauce was great & so flavorful using the lime, I will cut back on the butter next time b/c I think 2 tbsp was a bit much, my BF claimed the sauce was too strong, but yet he ate the entire plate??? I thought this was a restaurant quality meal & will be making again. This was perfect for a summer night!!

Chicken French - Rochester, NY Style

I was a little skeptical using the egg as part of the breading, but this came out wonderful- a different twist on a chicken dish. I followed the recipe but added mushrooms b/c I had them on hand & thought it would add to the dish, which it did. The sauce was great, I did add extra lemon for an extra kick of juice. Will make many times again!

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

These were terrific! Yes, a little time consuming, but not difficult to manage. I submitted buttermilk for reg milk b/c I had that on hand & wanted to use up- I used WW flour and added garlic, paprika & extra pepper to the flour mixture for a little more zing. I also used panko bread crumbs that I chopped further in a processor, added about 1/4 C of regular Italian bread crumbs to that as well. Coated rings in flour mixture in sealed bag & since I was only making for 2 people, I was able to hand dip each ring into the batter mixture & let drip on cooling racks. I had to fry daddy, so I just heated oil in large deep sided pot on oven. These came out great, nothing like a chain restaurant- these were tasty! I even made the bloomin onion dip from this site. will make again when I need some down home comfort food!

Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette

This was great, came out very thick, may use as a marinade, great over a salad & following the serving size, this makes a lot, red pepper flakes give this dressing a kick!
