Erik's Cheesy Cauliflower Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2014
pretty good! This is the first time I've made cauliflower especially this way. I usually just by the frozen green giant with cheese sauce cook it longer so I can mash the cauliflower. I got my husband to try the box stuff and then I saw this recipe so I decided to give it a try. My husband is picky and he actually said he liked this. So try it you'll like it.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2013
Awesome. Its like heaven in your mouth lol! I did as an other review said to add some parsley, a little seasoned salt (just a lil or it will be too salty), chicken broth and minced garlic. I served mine with green beans but that's just because of my son not liking vegetables mixed with other foods. But then again he'll eat soups and chili, go figure. So, either serve your veggies separate or throw em in with the chicken and dumplings. Oh and the biscuits need more time than 30 min, try 2 1/2 - 3 hrs. I didn't add the onion either.

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2012
I only review recipes that I like. Its that good! I followed some tips from other reviewers, boiling the chicken breast in chicken broth oregeno poultry seasoning and basil, remove it cut/shred it and then replace. I did that early in the day or can be done the night before just cover the pot and store in the frig. You can also precook the chopped celery and carrots in melted butter and garlic. Throw them in the pot and store. Then when dinner time rolls around all you gotta do is cook your noodles, boil the soup and make whatever else. I asked my husband and three kids (7,11 and 9) what they thought. My 9 yr old exclaimed "you made this yourself?" (not from a can?!) the 11 yr old went for seconds and so did my husband. So all in all everybody ate it and didn't complain. I made biscuts with the soup, but I'm sure garlic bread, french bread or grilled cheese sandwiches would be great too.

My Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2012
This is a really good basic recipe, very versatile. Instead of stewed tomatoes I use diced tomatoes. I also add a can of tomatoe soup it gives the chili a little thickness. Oh, and, I'm not really one that measures stuff so I usually add more chili powder to give it the heat that I want. Try serving it topped with a dollup of sour cream and cheddar cheese, green onions are good too.
