Tailgating is a big deal to my husband, myself, and our friends. At one point it was decided we needed to have sandwiches I had never heard of for our next party. Turns out these are sold somewhere on the boardwalk in New Jersey and are often called "Boardwalk sausage"
So with a bit of instruction about ingredients... this is the recipe I came up with
