I remember this recipe from my childhood in the late 70's. Thank you V. Monte for taking be back. My family loves this cake, I've been making it for years. There are tons of variations, but this one is my family's favorite.

My family loved this recipe! I have made it several times. I did make sure that the bacon was crispy. It added to the texture of the dish. I will definitely make it again.

Four Cheese Macaroni

My husband was skeptical about a mac and cheese dish. I set it out and had no left overs. I didn't add the eggs and followed the suggestion to double the cheese. This will remain on my easy to please menu for when the kids have friends over on cold winter days.

Shorecook's Chocolate Peppermint Biscotti

I followed this recipe exactly. I am not sure where I went wrong but my biscotti was crumbly. However, the crumbs were delicious! I will try this again to see if I can perfect it because they are too yummy to give up on!
