Chinese Egg Soup

I absolutely loved it! I had no idea what to do with my extra bag of split peas, so when I saw this, I was very happy ! It turned out really good. I'm going to use a Tbsp. of sesame oil and a Tbsp of grated ginger in it next time :D

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

I always DESPISED making cookies, because it took so much effort the way I wanted them to come out, but this recipe made it PERFECT on the first try, and now I'm passing chocolate chip cookies around like there's no tomorrow xD I love this recipe. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Dark Chocolate Cake I

Out of all the chocolate cake recipes I could find, THIS one worked the best for me. It doesn't have any ridiculous ingredients that I never have on hand, and it turned out sooooo soft and yummy! I loved it, even my fiancee who isn't fond of sweet things. He thought it was great! :D THANK YOU FOR THIS RECIPE!

Butter Snow Flakes

I made this exactly as the recipe said and I tried to press them through a pastry bag...That didn't go so well, it was way too thick to even go through the piping tip so I had to make it softer. This changed the recipe a bit and the cookies came out flat. They tasted VERY good, and they were soft, but I was very disappointed that I couldn't use my pastry bag, and I don't have enough money to buy a press, since I'm a college student and can barely make it as is.

I made this recipe to try any easier cream puffs from the recipe I have always done, and these went completely flat after they got out of the oven. I have no idea why. I'm going back to my old recipe.
