I followed this recipe with the exception of only using 3 eggs and about 3/4 lb of bacon. Directions were great, I should've followed more closly to cooking the potatoes for only 15 minutes...mine were a little soft- which my husband preferred, but I didn't like the presentation. Also, it may help to have them cool completly before chopping, or follow others advice to pre-chop potatoes then cook. All in all this was a great recipe for my 'first' batch of potato salad (ever!) and it was a hit a my household. Will definately be making this again!
