These are excellent cookies. I followed the recipe ingredients exactly and the came out puffy, didn't spread too much, crisp on the outside and chewy inside. My batch made 33 cookies but I do tend to roll them large. I baked them at 350 for 12 minutes on parchment, which is the temp and method I bake all my cookies. At 12 minutes they were just lightly browned around the edge. These will be a regular on my holiday cookie tray from now on. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

I made these exactly as written except I reduced the time a bit as my oven runs hot. These were crispy outside and tender and eggy inside. Just perfect with butter along side beef stew. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

Classic Goulash

This was very tasty, here in New England we call it American Chop Suey. I always thought "goulash" was strictly a hungarian stew. I learned something new today! I liked the soupiness of it, very good with some crusty bread on the side. I wouldn't change anything except add a diced green pepper.

Microwave Chicken Parmesan/Chicken Breast Cacciato

this really did not turn out good at all. I don't frequently use my microwave for cooking as I am never happy with the results. I guess good chicken parm for my family is best in the oven or stove top.

Caribbean Rum Punch

very sweet but made even better with a couple dashes of bitters. Quite a bit left in the punch bowl. I guess my crowd is more of a beer and wine group. Probably won't make again but it was worth trying.

Casserole Carrot Cake

tasted good but very heavy. Will need to experiment with the cooking times, was no where near done after 16 minutes. Had to put it back in the pan and re cook 2 additional times. Probably the source of it's density. In spite of it being relatively low fat it is quite moist and yummy

White Christmas Cocktail

This is very minty, next time I'll just add a drop or two of schnapps. This drink is also excellent with Godiva chocolate liquor. I recommend a two drink limit with this tasty cocktail! It is so delicious and goes down very smoothly. I think it may be the large amount of sugar in the drink because the headache the next morning is quite awful!
