I really like this recipe! Not too heavy and easy to make. I don't like to try a recipe and change it then rate it with the changes, but this time I will. I cut the recipe in half and baked it in a 9x9 pan. Worked great! Like others, I used half butter and half applesauce and lowfat sourcream. I also added a little cinnamon to the batter. Delicious!

Grammy's Easy Blackberry Cobbler

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

Really good, moist and flavorful. The only thing I didn't like is there was way too much spice for my liking, especially cloves. I would probably only add half as much next time.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Delicious! I didn't have root beer, so used a Diet Cherry Coke. My cut of pork had quite a bit of fat, so I drained it, then mixed in the Sweet Baby Ray's sweet and spicy sauce (that is good sauce!) So easy- I will make it again soon.
