World's Best Lasagna
this was our first time making lasagna and absolutely loved the final product! we followed this recipe to a "t" exempting only the salt, as i had read in other reviews that because of all the canned tomato products, there was already enough salt. we made up the layers as we went along, beginning by coating the pan with a layer of sauce, followed by oven ready lasagna noodle, ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan and a little bit more sauce. we repeated the layers x3. the next time we make this lasagna, which will definitely be sooner than later, we will probably make a bit more ricotta cheese spread as well as sauce just because of our taste preferences. otherwise, this recipe was easy to follow and delicious!! thank you!
And....my boyfriend said we need more cheeeeese! if you follow this recipe exactly, you might use more of the ingredients filling up the middle without realizing you still need more for the top layer. sooo, just account for extra cheese and sauce on top!
