Double Tomato Bruschetta

This may just be the perfect appetizer - wonderfully fresh and delicious with a nice home-made touch while incredibly fast and easy! Can't beat that!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Like other reviewers, I used a homemade graham cracker crust pressed in the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Also increased the cheesecake layer by 1/3 and used Libby's pumpkin pie filling. Baked for approximately 60 min. Topped with candied pecans and caramel sauce. Turned out better than I could have imagined!

Basic Cream Cheese Frosting

This is the best cream cheese frosting recipe. I have used it for years and simply vary the amount of sugar based on what dessert I'm frosting and the preferences of the people I'm baking for.

Tiramisu II

This is the best tiramisu I have ever had. It was very easy to make and impressed everyone at my dinner party. Like other reviewers, I made it 2 days in advance. I used espresso instead of coffee and doubled the rum/espresso mixture. Also added a tbsp granulated sugar to the whipped cream. It turned out perfectly and I wouldn't change a thing next time!
