I did everything as the recipe says and while it taste fine, it is hard a a rock and not at all like fudge! Next time I think I will either try as some others have said and use powdered sugar or just get a new recipe all together :(

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

just made this recipe and adjusted the sugar amount like some other reviewers suggested. Have not had a chance to try it other than licking the spoon! ;) but from what I tasted it will be good!!! No gritty feeling or taste that I could tell. I also added a top layer of chocolate fudge!! Will come back and give stars after "official" taste test! :)

Pork Chops to Live For

My family has been making this for years only on the stove top. We just salt & pepper the chops, brown on both sides ( cut calories & fat by not flouring them) and then add sliced potatoes, sliced onions, and the cream of mushroom soup with the milk and let simmer. Serve with fresh baked rolls...mmmmmmm.....

French Fried Potatoes

Really good! I baked mine ( trying to cut down on the fat n calories from deep frying) and they still turned out great!!!! I can only imagine what these would taste like if I were to actually fry them! The only thing I did different as far as the recipe was I did cold soak them before since I had cut the potato's in advance. Then did the warm water with sugar! WONDERFUL!!!

Caramel Popcorn

Taco Dip I

I have made this several times before and I never used cream cheese, its just not in the recipe that we use and it still turns out very good and its very fast to make up!!!!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

I added some garlic powder, onion powder instead of chopped onion cause my husband doesn't care for the texture of onion, and black pepper. I would add more cheese next time and boil the potatos a little before baking next time to cut down the baking time.
