Southwestern Egg Rolls

These turned out great. I baked them instead of deep frying them to make them a little bit healthier. I will definitely make these again.

Best Ever Jalapeno Poppers

These poppers turned out great! I was extremely pleased that they stayed together when fried. Highly recommend this recipe to all of you out there who pay way too much for store/restaurant bought poppers.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Good recipe,except I used less butter and more cream. You do not need to use oil in the boiling pasta water, all it does is sit on top of the water...it is completely pointless. I do not like processed cheese (read Velvetta) so I didn't use it and the dish still turned out great. THe eggs are not necesarry.

Pat's Baked Beans

Awesome recipe! I added a little smoked steak that we had leftover. I did not use the garbanzo beans or the can of baked beans. I used 2 cans of great northern beans, 1 can of kidney beans and 1 can of pinto beans. I also cooked it in the crockpot after I cooked the bacon. TASTY!!!

Creamy Coleslaw

I didn't think this cole slaw was anything special. It tasted okay, the mustard was a little different, but not bad. I really thought the sour cream would make it more creamy, but it didn't.

Great recipe to start out with, when you are experimenting with whole wheat flour! Mine turned out to be very nice looking and tasted great. I will definately make these again...thanks for the recipe.
