Vegetable Beef Soup II

Super tasty! Instead of 5 cups of water I used 4 cups of beef broth and 1 cup of water. I added green beans and mushrooms and another potato. This one is definitely a keeper!

Cinnamon Stars

These were super tasty! I thought they tasted like the Quaker oatmeal breakfast bars. I made them for someone I know that has a gluten allergy. I refrigerated the dough as suggested, as it did look pretty gooey. That seemed to work! I used a heart shaped cookie cutter for Valentine's Day, and an 18 minute cook time seemed to be pretty good. I don't have a gluten allergy, but will be making them again for myself!

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

This soup is awesome, we eat it all the time! I reserve one can of beans and 1/2 of the salsa from the blender and just put them straight into the saucepan. It gives the soup some chunks so that it's not a puree. So easy and so good!
