Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2012
These are VERY good. I can cook and bake most anything.. but Chocolate chip cookies seem to always get the best of me. These were very easy to make and like I said, VERY good. I used Funfetti Cake Mix-which made them turn out very cute and festive looking.. I followed other comments and added the extra water because it looked WAY too dry. I didn't put in the walnuts because I didn't have any on hand. My husband, son, and neighbor loved them though, so that's all that matters. Only thing... they may need left in the oven a BIT longer than it says.. and make sure you wait til they cool to cut them. It's hard, I know.. but it DOES make all the difference.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
So so good. I love that I could make most of it in the crockpot and only have to take an extra ten minutes to make noodles. I added a small onion 4 hours into it... I think I may add even more onion next time, because by 6 hours, the onions were gone, but a very good taste in it.

Baked Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2012
If I could rate this dish with 10 stars, I would. I had never heard of this dish before, and when I first saw it, I saved it not because it sounded good but just for looking interesting. I used Mids Spaghetti sauce with the sweet banana peppers and green peppers in it and probably a little extra cottage cheese since it's what I had left.. but what an AMAZING dish!! I will NEVER eat regular spaghetti again! Thanks for posting!

Classic Macaroni Salad

For how quick and simple this recipe was, it was VERY good. I actually liked this type of Macaroni Salad, and I'm not usually a fan.

PHILADELPHIA Double-Chocolate Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
My husband LOVED this. I used blackberries on top instead of blueberries. I put about 3 blackberries on top of each little slice and the contrast between the extreme chocolate taste and the fruit was definitely loved.

Barbeque Beef Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
I think we'll try 2 boxes of corn bread mix next time, there was a bit much of it on top. Other than that, It was a VERY good dish. Very filling! I also added 2 stalks of celery and it was very good in it.

Barbeque Chicken Pasagna

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
This dish provided a truly mouth-gasmic experience!! AMAZING! Only thing to put out there.. Anyone who is using Phyllo dough for the first time.. follow the directions on the box first. I had never heard of Phyllo dough and didn't think to read the directions on the box, as most recipes tell you not to follow those. And put a layer of either a cling wrap or aluminum foil down BEFORE the towel. Might sound like a duh thing for most, but for any of the other newbies out there, hope this helps!

Mushroom Chicken Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
I added green peppers to mine as well.. they tasted quite yummy.. The only issue I would have is that after baking it, it turned out a bit dry. Next time I'll try and get a bit more of a sauce to it so the noodles and chicken stay moist, even on top.

Campbell's® Beef and Mushroom Dijon

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
We didn't have dijon mustard on hand so we just used regular mustard, and it still turned out tasting really well. I also substituted the rice for egg noodles... I feel like that really made the dish :D

Johnsonville® Three Cheese Oven-Roasted Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2012
This dish was AMAZING!! The juices that cook off all your veggies are what makes up the sauce.. It turned out so good. My husband wasn't too keen on the meal as soon as he saw the zucchini and grape tomatoes... but ended up loving it.

My husband LOVED this! No more Kraft for us! :D I threw in some extra chipotles and some cayenne pepper since he likes his food spicy.. It was def. spicy, but I could even handle and enjoy it.

Pistachio Fluff Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2011
Made it for the first time for a family get together.. everyone loved it, and now ask for it every time we have a get together. My husband is also hooked on it, and has me make it for him quite a bit too. I used big chunks of the fruit cocktail and more bananas than it called for and it was amazing :D

Easy OREO Truffles

I don't like chocolate, so I can't give an opinion for myself, but I made these for the first time and took them to a Christmas party, and they were gone within 20 minutes. Everyone was fighting to get some more. Easy to make and people love 'em
